Reach values inclusivity, respect, and equity. We believe that our activities are driven first and foremost by the needs of people living with RHD and those who care for them. Our Community Advisory Network (CAN), made up of individuals living with RHD and frontline health workers, provides a formal forum for their voices, expertise, and experiences to be heard and included in our mission:
"To promote the health of vulnerable populations through technical support to local, regional, and global efforts to prevent and control rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease (ARF/RHD)."
